Positioned on 5 acres on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Santa Monica, the Fairmont Miramar is celebrating its centennial anniversary in 2021. It was at first the private estate of the founder of Santa Monica, Senator John P. Jones.

Here, seashore butlers get guests established up on the beach front and can arrange cocktails or lunch, in addition to paddleboards, boogie boards, and bikes. Or, company can just splash about with the expansive pool, or wander the gardens.

The location eatery FIG Restaurant provides ultra-seasonal and locally sourced farm-to-table fare and now also has an Airstream serving seashore cuisine out of a retrofitted vintage 1986 trailer located adjacent to superstar-preferred club and lounge, The Bungalow. And Georgina’s is a new oceanfront bar, set for a September 2021 opening.
