Ocean City’s Beach front Plaza Lodge completely closing its doorways

 

OCEAN Metropolis, Md. – The Seaside Plaza Resort on the Ocean Town boardwalk has permanently shut its doorways.

The loved ones, who also owns Phillips Crab Dwelling, has owned the resort for practically 50 several years. A spokesperson suggests the estate of the founders, Brice and Shirley Phillips, desired to be closed. So the household had to make the hard final decision about how to move forward with the several estate property, finally choosing to enter into a deal to market the total resort assets.
